Luca is a recognized expert in digital transformation and marketing strategy. He helps brands leverage new digital technologies, communication, and service platforms to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable business performance.
With a strong background in both corporate and advisory roles, Luca has deep expertise in marketing automation, omni-channel orchestration, content strategy, and measuring return on marketing investment.
Previously, he served as VP and Research Director at Forrester, where he led the research agenda and advisory services for CMOs and global media practices. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Industry Marketing for Google in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He also held senior marketing and strategy positions at major branded goods companies, including Ferrero, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, and Prada, across Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain, and Russia.
Luca is a regular keynote speaker at international digital marketing and media events.
