Nestor Gismondi - Partner

Nestor is an international consultant specialized in Operational Excellence. With over 35 years of hands-on experience, he has led operations, supply chains, and major transformations, helping organizations align strategy with execution to deliver sustainable improvements in cash flow, productivity, costs, and time to market.

He has worked with leading corporations and mid-sized companies, including L’Oréal, Fresenius Kabi, Credit Agricole, Firmenich, Renault, and others.

Previously, Nestor led the Strategy and Due Diligence practice at Altran (now Capgemini), served as CTO and COO for several technology ventures, and held senior operational and product management roles at NCR/AT&T.

He has occasionally taught business strategy and operational excellence at ENSTA, EPFL, and IMD.
