Olivier Gluchowski - Advisor

Olivier is a seasoned operations and supply chain executive with broad experience across industry, services, and multi-channel retail. He specializes in large-scale operational transformations, logistics modernization, and supply chain optimization.

As Group Supply Chain and Operations Director for several major French B2B and B2C retail groups, he led major projects including logistics infrastructure modernization, automation, cross-channel strategies (click & collect), and full P&L responsibility for operational profit centers. He successfully managed complex structural changes such as company integrations and strategic reorganizations.

Previously, Olivier spent seven years at Altran as Head of the Supply Chain and Operations Competence Center, working with clients such as Renault, Sanofi, Faurecia, Honeywell, and others across aeronautics, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and retail.

He has also contributed to research on digital business models and value chain transformation.
