Nestor Gismondi - Partner

Nestor is an international Operational Excellence consultant with more than 35 years of experience helping organizations improve productivity, supply chain performance, forecasting, operational reliability, and business results. He has led operations, supply chains, and major transformation programs, helping companies align strategy with execution to deliver sustainable improvements in cash flow, costs, service levels, and time to market.

He has worked with leading multinational corporations and mid-sized companies, including L'Oréal, Fresenius Kabi, Crédit Agricole, Firmenich, Renault, and others.

Previously, Nestor led the Strategy & Due Diligence practice at Altran (now Capgemini), served as CTO and COO of several technology ventures, and held senior operational and product management roles at NCR/AT&T.

He has also lectured and contributed to executive education programs in business strategy and operational excellence at ENSTA, EPFL, and IMD.

Projects delivered across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Australia.
